Tenerife South Rentals is a trading name of Tenerife South Management & Rentals SL a family run and owned business based in Tenerife with experience in property management, development, customer services and the building industry which spans more than 30 years.
We specialise in offering apartments, houses and villas for long term rental in the south of Tenerife. We also provide a property management service for land-lords who are unable to tend to day to day problems with their rental properties themselves.
We are building a reputation for honesty, clarity and efficiency with both our tenants and our owners.
Our Rentals Office is located near the Aqua Park in Torviscas Alto it is open 6 days a week and some evenings until 8pm where we are happy to receive enquiries from clients looking to rent accommodation on a long term basis.
